COVID-19 UPDATE:
There are 2 options for camp- Virtual & Campus. Due guidelines and COVID, the campus site will be open to only 10 kids.
Our campus will operate from 8 am - 5 pm M-F. We will still offer breakfast and snack. Our virtual room hours are 8 am - 11 am M-F.
If you choose the virtual option, the project materials will be sent to your home. You will need a laptop, desktop computer, tablet, or phone in order to participate. Our room will be monitored and ONLY the campers will be allowed in the classroom. We will have tutoring sessions at a separate time from 1 pm - 2 pm M-F.
The campus location will have regular temperature checks and if anyone comes with flu or cold-like symptoms, they will not be admitted. This includes staff.
TUTORING IS INCLUDED & OFFERED DAILY. WE ARE HERE TO BRIDGE ACADEMIC/SOCIAL GAPS THAT COVID-19 CAUSED.

The Campers at Faces of Expression feel that their production was "Awesome and funny".
Faces of Expression Summer Camp provides low cost summer camp for children ages 7-13. We provide tutoring, counseling, breakfast, and snack. Our curriculum incorporates collaborative learning with a focus on performing and visual arts. At the end of the summer, the campers put on a production that they write, direct and produce themselves. They create the set, music (lyrics, beat, etc.), programs, decorations, EVERYTHING! EVERYTHING IS ALL THEM! We ACTIVATE THEIR UNIQUE and ENCOURAGE THEM TO BELIEVE IN THEMSELVES!
This short film was written, directed, edited, and created by a group of kids ages 4-15 during the Faces of Expression Performing and Visual Arts Summer Program 2019.
These kids either filmed, acted, edited, directed, produced, wrote, danced, or starred in a film for the first time. What a way to start out by creating a short film about a topic that affects those young and old with a message to ignore bullies, stand up for yourself and be "Bully Proof"!
This film was not about perfection (even down to filming), but it was about putting your best foot forward in spite of challenges and giving it your all. They did just that and I'm proud of them!
We pray that the negative effects of bullying will soon come to an end!
